This Refund Policy is referenced throughout the Site (for example checkout, product pages, and marketing copy about refunds). It applies to purchases of downloadable AI prompt packs and related digital deliverables unless a separate written offer says otherwise.
Because prompt packs are digital products delivered instantly and accessible the moment your payment clears, we do not refund for change of mind, duplicate purchase, unused downloads, mistaken purchase, or because a particular prompt did not suit your use case.
If a prompt pack does not work as described on the Site (for example the listing, the usage guide, or the stated supported models), contact support@promptscart.com with reasonable detail (for example the prompt you used, the model, and a screenshot). We will help you get it working— including corrections or a replacement where needed. If we are unable to fix it or get it working for you, we will refund your purchase.
Prompt customization services sold through the Site (for example personalizing a pack or building a custom pack) are bespoke work. Once we have begun work on your order it is non-refundable. We will work with you in good faith to deliver what was described at checkout, including reasonable revisions. If we are ultimately unable to deliver what was described, we will refund you for the undelivered work.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the law of your country of residence where those rights cannot be waived by contract.
